First of all disable interface speed auto-negotiation and force 100Mbs.
Do this both on RB and UBNT.

Do you maybe have a lot of interference on the tower?
That may cause Ethernet to switch down to 10 Megabits.

If you force 100Mbs and lost connection you have almost 100% probability that you need better, shielded UTP cables on tower.

Use shielded Cat5e cable. Ground the shield at both ends.

What else is on the tower causing the EMI?

FM or AM radio?

What power levels?

Ouch. Trying to use a tower with existing FM radio equipment is a recipe for trouble...
FM interference will reliably kill your Ethernet transmissions again and again.

You can try using highest-quality Ethernet Cables and proper grounding/shielding, but it will probably be useless anyways.
Another possibility is to get as far as possible using fibre-optic transmission and keep the copper ethernet wiring to the extreme minimum.
Since Mikrotik does not support SFP modules, that does mean you will have to buy two media converters, one at the foot of the tower, and another on top.

my friends on the same tower are using mikrotik boards but not poe they power up the boards via jack and then run a lan cable and it works at 100mbps i am the only person using poe on that tower as my radio's do not have a jack to power up the radios and run lan on its on so basically what do you suggest i do as i have tried ftp shelided umm one think i got round is that when i connect to the laptop and negotiate to the computer automatically it bring 10mbps but if i set the laptop card to manually only allow 100 mbps i can ping and recive data direct on the laptop but when i connect to the rb750g switch and tell the switch just to allow 100 mbps the switch port goes death and doesnt run unless i put it back to auto negotiation and 10 mbps

How much power do you push over CAt5 cable? Do you split the POE power at the top of the tower?

I think the problem is that RB750G is a consumer product with a plastic case. Everything are plastic, so shielded Cat5e cable probably makes no difference at all.

Buy or make UTP cables same lenght as on your tower. Connect your equipment as is connected on tower in no-EMI enviroment, like office room.
If everything will work fine you should change cables on tower.
