Hello

Any chance you would be able to show signal levels?
int wire reg pr

int wire monitor 0 (or whatever interface you have it connected too)
then check your noise floor

if its the only link then it's going to show your SNR
e.g.
signal-strength: -44dBm
tx-signal-strength: -36dBm
noise-floor: -98dBm
signal-to-noise: 54dB
tx-ccq: 100%
rx-ccq: 100%
p-throughput: 38878
current-ack-timeout: 28
current-distance: 28

If you are getting a drop out because of extensive data loss i would say its either a signal issue
or your ack-timeout is too low/high
e.g.
int wire set 0 ack-timeout=60
