I have a RV-493G working fine. Except for some random moments. This can occur 1 time in three days, but sometimes it is 4 times a day.

The lockups are between 2 minutes and 20 minutes.. In this time the routerboard isn't reachable from any interface (ethernet, wireless and SERIAL) and isn't forwarding any traffic. After the random time the RB is acting normal as it should be.

The uptime isn't reset to 0, so i assume that the RB didn't restart it self. There is nothing in the log at the RB self and nothing in the remote logging. The issue is with software version 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7.

Anybody anything what the problem might be?

Please generate supout.rif file after such lockup and send it to support@mikrotik.com.

I'm having a similar issue with our 493G's, trying to set up the switch and bridge all interfaces to one bridge, not sure if that's the correct format?
