SXT 5HnD - Serial Pins onboard?

Hello,
I've noticed a kind of serial port on my SXT board
Question - are these pins active (hardware plus firmware)?

That's not a serial port, it's a JTAG:

Sorry but you can't use it for anything. It's for programming the device in the factory.
