Hello,

I need to record information (used for inventory) in RouterBoard boards, this information should persist even after the firmware update.

Is there any way?

It would be possible to write some information in bootloader memory to access it by RouterOS?

Today I record this information in "system identify", but the information is lost in a reset configuration or upgrade.

Thank you.

use routerboard serial number and/or NICs' MAC addresses and match them in combination to your internal inventory numbers.
