don't you think there is a reason why the slow ones are smaller, and fast ones are bigger :) ?

For what purpose you would want something like that? There are several low cost Gb compatible boards in market. My Favorite RB433GL only i dont like plastic Ethernet connectors..

I have several APs (sectors) with RB411AH and small enclosures.
But these boards cannot handle the traffic with a hughe ammount of small packets. CPU goes up to 70-90% with only 10 clients connected and 10-20 Mbit/s throughput in real traffic scenarios. (NV2 protocol) Ping times increases on a loaded CPU.
So the RB800 come into play.
But RB800 is to big and for an AP we need only 1 minipci so the most things of this board are wasted.

What do you think?

Hello. We have sector antenas (AP) with rb711A. There are connected real 26clients with NV2. Cpu goes to maximum 30-35%.

No Mangle and NO Queues.

Hello. There is graph from this AP. Trafic is 16Mbit with NV2 (26 active clients) and CPU load (rb711A) is only 30%.
