We need to build a point to point (bridged ethernet, MTU1500) a wireless link over 1 to 1.5km distance for a customer project. There are no obstacles in the way over the whole distance. We can mount outdoor equipment on both sides but indoor equipment with outdoor antenna would also be possible.

Can anyone please tell me if its possible to reach about 100-200Mbps with 2.4 or 5Ghz and what MT equipment would be the best to do that job? If full duplex is a problem, we could also use 2 separate L2 links and change the routing on the links accordingly for 1 way usage.
