Hi Guys,

We have a brand new CCRS CRS226-24G-2S+ here. Into the SFP+ slot we have put a brand new TP-Link TL-SM311LS. We have the same (brand new) SFP in a brand new TP-Link media convertor on the other end.

The link is totally unusable because it keeps flapping every 3-4 seconds which is hard to justify having as a new core switch! We know the SFPs are OK because we have a spare Media convertor to test with & the link stays up.

No other problems with the CCRS whatsoever, its working perfectly. Both SFP+ cages have the same problem.

PLEASE fix it, our CCTV system is totally broken because of this right now & considering we purchased the CCRS for this very purpose, it isn't good enough paying money for something which doesn't work.....

MTK Support say they have found this problem - lets hope it is fixed within the next week or so otherwise there may be kit being sent back as not fit for purpose.
