Surge protection (arrester) for antenna?

Hi, I've always used protection for antenna cables such this:
but after opened I've seen there is a 230 volt surge arrester.
Now I think 230 volt are too much for radio card input, aren't them?
What about change arrester with 75 volt one?

230V is sufficent, because when this protection work usually the thension are KV.....
