At least need coverage on top 2 floor!
Ground floor is unused!

6.Current Setup: Asus RT-N12 D1 with poor coverage uptill 2 living rooms only !

I want full coverage on 1st and second floor!

Is this perfect setup?
Is 500mW output sufficient for me?

it might work.
Consider that TX power of the AP is not the full solution - your clients obviously don't have that much power. The signal from your clients must reach the AP as well.
You should definitely give it a try. If there are solid walls and obstacles you should choose the 2.4GHz band which is less sensitive to obstacles.

If the coverage is still insufficient, try adding another AP in the next floor. With WDS you won't even need a cable.
Beware that WDS splits your available bandwidth in half, but this should be absolutely fine with your 2MBps internet service in aby case.

My house generally contains 250mm thick walls.
The Bunglow/Appartment is located in dense area.

I generally have such flow to entrance of my house-

Main Door+Stairs->Living->Verandah(Open to sky)+Kitchen->Bedrooms->Children's Room

As Verandah is the approx centre I can arrange cable from terrace ,I am planning to install Groove in the Verandah of first floor!

Coverage to first and second floor is more than enough for me!

Also will I have to pair the Groove with Asus Router?
Of course I will disable Asus's wireless broadcast so that wifi doesn't interfere with Groove.
It's cable internet and not ADSL/DSL.

It depends on the architecture, and the antenna used (which I don't see in the quote). It sounds like a large house, so I would think two access points is better.

For clarification of the "I do not see an antenna in the quote":
The Groove A52 HPn comes with a 2.4GHz-only 6db antenna.

I think it's worth a try putting it on the veranda for a test, chances to work aren't that bad from my experience.
Of course a second AP is desirable.

You won't need to "pair" anything. Just disable WiFi on your Asus router.
Configure the Groove's wlan interface to your likings, add a bridge and add ether1 and wlan1 to it.
Disable DHCP server and all firewall rules.
Add a dhcp client on the bridge and off you go.

You don't need to disable wifi on your actual router. Just take care the frequencies don't overlap and let both work.

Use one of these on each floor, set them to channel 6 (base floor), 1 (mid) and 11 (or 12, top floor).
Inter connect them with cable to internet gateway router (can be one of the 3) and reduce the output power.
This will give you a solid wireless network in each floor.

There is only one BUT; If your neighbour(s) have powerfull wifi router they might interfere (=downgrade) you signal.
Tell them to get lost or to reduce signal.....

No router will ever pass data through 3 walls with any antenna you can imagine except this Rb.
