Hi im building a Router with one Dell Optiplex Gx280

and im in the hunt for a quad port gig pci ex card

now i can find the price wish from lower to higher

Sun Quad-Port Gigabit 501-7606-06
HP Quad-Port Gigabit NC364T
And the most expensive
MikroTik RouterBOARD 44GE


and now im asking has anyone tried the first two cards do the work in routerOS ?

The HP should be fine as it uses two Intel 82571EB controllers

hp would work but i read somewhere that it has some issues with statistics graphs or something anyone who has this card can confirm that it works 100% ?


what about the sun card ?

also i tested the Dlink DUB-E100 Usb Ethernet Adaptor and it works not so good but on this adaptor im planing to use the adsl modem 13mbps link
