Hello,
we have met twice problem on two newly purchased RB912UAG-5HPnD and R11 (please note that there's never happened with the previous ones). The ROS version is 9.18 but it does not detect the R11. We try to update the ROS and the FW to the latest version but the R11 is not recognized.
The only way for the R11 to be recognized is to do a hard reset and reboot everything works fine.
