inquire about Mikrotik CCR 1016-12s-1s + can 't connect with SFP the Open slot SFP, by connecting to other devices.

1. What device is located at the other side or link?
2. What modules are you trying to use?
3. Did you check if auto-negation settings match on both devices?
Note that CCR SFP1-12 ports support only 1G links and SFP+ supports only 10G links. Connection to device with interface that uses 100M link speed won't be possible.
