CCR-1009-8G-1S-1S+ another microSD card issue

Tue May 26, 2015 5:02 pm

Hi everyone.
Just plugged in microSDHC card (Transcend 16Gb) into the CCR with RouterOS v6.28 on it.
My first experience is card did not formatted to 100% in fat32 and after reboot it had strange files with strange names :D
When i completed to format it in ext3 (and after another reboot) i tried to test read/write speed. The result was very sad.
Then I ran Packet Sniffer: my dump file stopped raise till 380Mbytes and Sniffer stopped working.

I checked out ROS Changelog and noticed that such issues were fixedin 6.21 and 6.23 versions, but i am facing same problem right now.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Small update: seems like CCR formatted sd-card incorrectly and broke the filesystem (i moved card to mobile phone and Android did not recognize it). I reformatted card in fat32 on another device but the problem still persists: when microsd is into Mikrotik the filesize reaches ~390MB then card stops to work. I do the same with FTP-client via network and face the same result.
My next steps to figure out the problem is to try format microsd card in ext3 filesystem with Acronis or try to connect external HDD via USB to Mikrotik.

Okay, everything works well on this scheme:
CCR <---microUSB-toUSB cable---> <--USB-to-miniUSB cable--> notebook SATA external HDD :)

So what is the solution for microSD slot on CCR? Will it work someday?
Thanks.

I suggest to use 6.27 or maybe 6.29 released just at this moment.
