I have RB411U and Sierra MC5728V. On Wiki this model doesn't listed but listed MC5727. This is same models as I understand. When I install MC5728V to miniPCIe in PPP doesn't appear PPPOut connection and System-Ports shows USB 2 Invalid.
If I use miniPCIe-to-USB adapter and use USB port, this modem appearing in PPP and System port.
Someone has any solutions?

I think I found trouble.
This card is MC5728v. V - it's voice option. The 'V' version of the modules (ie MC8790V and MC5728V) use pin22 for an auxiliary voltage that must be between 0 and 2.6V. Pin22 however in the Mini-PCIe standard is PCI_RESET#.
When I stuck with tape this 22 pin of module was found and appear in PPP and System/ports as USB 3.
