Can't get link using S-85DLC05D

Hello,
i want to connect two CRS125-24G-1S using SFP.
I have two S-85DLC05D and I connected them using a 3 meters long 9/125 LC cable.

Here's monitor from both devices.

Device one

Should work just fine. Did you try setting auto-negotiation=no on both switches? Also, make sure you are using latest RouterOS and RouterBOOT versions. Test the link on different devices.

Do you correctly connect optical cable - in cross ?
First module TX - second RX ; first RX - second TX , it must be so.
Ready cables, sometimes, do not have cross configuration by default.
From your report - modules do not receive laser signal on both sides (no link), it means none of TX goes to RX , looks like straight optical cable TX<->TX; RX<->RX . Try to swap connectors parts/pcs. at one end.
