low signal after replacement omnitik5 with netmetal5

i think that it should i get more signal and range but i don't what's the problem,

my old system was

APP :OmniTIK 5GHz
CPE :sxt 5GHz
signal to noise more than 40 db at mode A and ccq 100%

my new system
APP : NetMetal 5 RB921UAGS-5SHPacD-NM + DualOmni 5GHz, 13dBi AirMax Dual Omni AMO-5G13
CPE: same old CPE device sxt 5GHz

signal to noise less than 25 db at mode A and ccq 75%

Note: old and new app with same configuration , same place and same position
