it is possible to configure rb941-2nD hAP as wifi extender

How to configure rb941-2nD hAP as extender.

Routerboard must connect to existing wifi HOME and extende wifi range.

Is this possibe? How?

There is no universal repeater function in ros. You must use the wds mode if supported by your actual Ap. Run cable instead. It's hundred times better.

RouterOS has no repeater function?

I guess I wrote that. Wds is the only way with single radio devices. For devices with more radios you can use one as client and second as Ap.
