i configured hotspot but when user open browser they can't see directly login page. we check that when we write any ip adress, login page comes up directly. how can we redirect domain names same as ip adresses to login page?

Perhaps you have to configure DNS setiings in Without it, hotspot will not redirect your requests.
If you can't reach any dns server (you ar not connected to Internet with your router), you can always use wildcard static dns entry.

Configure the dns /ip dns.
