Hello to all mikrotik users
I might have a silly question regarding map2n aps
Map2n is working with poe and gives poe out. How many map2n can i connect in a row and until what distance?

Please see the map2n datasheet. The first map2n has poe-out current limit set at 500mA. Mikrotik recommends powering only one device and current should come form the dc connector.
the mAP2n support 10-57V input.
In *theory* it should work to power the first unit with a psu with 48V and over 500mW.
You will then have a total of 500mW power to use through POE. 500mw x 48v = 24W.
a mAP2n is rated with a max power usage of 2W. That means , again in *theory*, that you should be able to power 12 mAP2n chained.
