RBSXTLTE3-7 IP-Passthrough possible?

Tue Aug 23, 2016 11:24 pm

Hi everyone!

I have a question about the SXT LTE:
My cellphone provider is "Drei" in austria, there i have LTE plan with one usable public IP.
I have also a Fortigate Firewall Appliance, now i have tried to configure the SXT LTE that all data traffice goes without NAT to the Fortigate (IP-Passthrough).

First i have create a bridge between the LTE-Module und the ether1-Port. My problem is the SXT LTE get the public IP first, but i only have one that i can use.
What should i do that the public IP goes through the LAN-Port to my Fortigate?

Sorry for my bad english... :(

Thank you for your help!

Hi There,

I just asked Mikrotik support for this feature, it is commonly known as "DHCP Half-Bridge". You would be best to email support@mikrotik.com and request it as well.

The more people that request it, the more likely it is to happen.
