Connection issues

Wed Sep 14, 2016 1:57 am

Hello there, I`m having some trouble I can`t diagnose, my internet provider says its the tree`s fault the signal doesnt reach me (there is a layer of trees about 200mt from the tower, the tower is 15mt and the trees are just now reaching 10mt and there is a bigger tree halfway there that is almost 15m high.) and that the only way for me to get a better reception is to get a bigger tower.

My connection today was about 2 minutes offline and about 3 seconds of internet, sometimes 5 seconds. During the night there is less interruptions, normally staying online and only dropping the signal every 10 minutes or so. I`m about 3km from their tower and there is no buildings on the way. If I climb my tower I can see their tower from here.

I`ll prob end up getting a new 30mt or so tower because we will soon install some GPS stuff, but I`m thinking if I should start looking for another provider or improving my equipment? I`m using SXT Lite5

I attached a picture of how my log looks like.

I`m using WebFig 6.33, is there a more appropriate place to ask about ways to diagnose it?
