Sorry, routing most basic of any network. Google routing and setting up routes many nice examples. Bit to time consuming to try and teach any body especially if it is on net already. My email is mla at egate.co.za but would prefer we discuss on forum. Somebody else maybe one day get problem with something similar then they can maybe be helped on forum.
i really don't know how to do this with routing
Each segment connected should have own ip range and same sub-net with different ip of cause.
Have a look at mikrotik manual on RIP, very easy and will do routing automatic.
Each segment connected should have own ip range and same sub-net with different ip of cause.
As example lets assume client Wlan ip is 10.10.1.3/24 then Wlan on AP you connect to will have to be in 10.10.1.0/24 range, maybe 10.10.1.1/24. Now Lan of AP will be different segment therefore different ip range and also server lan connecting to AP. Lets say 10.10.0.0/24 range. Therefore ip of AP ether will be 10.10.0.1/24 and 10.10.0.2/24 for server lan. If you enable rip on client, AP and server you should be able to ping 10.10.1.3 from server and 10.10.0.2 from client RB. Routing data through AP to server and the other way round.
One other thing though. Would be wise to use 192.168.*.* range. This is widely used ip range for private networks. If you make use of 10.10.*.* range you might kill some web sites with public ip in that range.
