problem for working with queue in mikrotik rb951-2n

hi to all
i have problem with wireless interface limit queues
i add new queue and limit bandwith speed:

in general header:
max limit:
target upload: 128kbits/s
target download: 256kbits/s

in advanced header:
priority is 8 in both target download and upload
queue type is hotspot default in both target download and upload

and in total header:
total queue type is default small
it limit all traffic but i want limit only internet speed
it limit data transfer in local network between lan and wlan but i dont want
plz help me

interface is work properly and can share data and internet in my network
i have problem with queue,not interface

Add a mangle "packet mark" to mark all packets with mark "all"

Leave passthrough rule untouched

Add mangle rule directly beneath to mark port 80 traffic as "web"

Then make a simple queue "parent" wth the total of your upload/download as you have already before.

Then make 2 child queues each associated with the parent above.

In each queue specify your limit at and max and make port 80 priority 1 and other traffic 8
