Hello,

Well a little story.

I have rb450g which is getting static ip internet connection to wan.
Then rb450g have connected omnitik u-5hnd.
Then omnitik u-5hnd have bridge to rb sxt-5d.
Then rb sxt-5d connected to the PC server.
I'm do not doing any routing/firewall/port forwarding at routers except minimal setup.
I use nv2 for wireless.

My problems was:
Random wireless disconecting very often w/ error lost connection, control frame timeout I lower the signal by lower Tx power to be between -60 to -68 and upgraded to OS 5.14. I got connection lost, control frame timeout to happen not so often, but now i have new problems:
rarely connection lost, control frame timeout, but still present
more often lost connection, synchronization timeout
and 1 time a day i now have rebooted without proper shutdown (case1). I have this at ALL 3 ROUTERBOARDS. And i have not them before ar OS 5.5.

I read that case 1 is power problem but i'm not sure this is so. I had not it in OS v5.5 w/ save adapters.

I also read and replied here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=53324 and here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=59754
Please help. I'm very unhappy.
Thanks NIO.

I had the same problems, and solved it using a good channel ethernet cable.

Bad quality cable + long cable + POE = dissaster

Regards
