Has anyone tried doing this with scripting?

Say for example, every time a device connects to the 5Ghz interface, add an access list rule that denies it from authenticating with the 2Ghz interface. Unfortunately, amongst other side effects, I suspect that this would result in every connection dropping every time the access-list is updated - it would be better if you could add mac addresses to a list, then apply rules against said list.
