Want to confirm are these two Mikrotik Device compatible with each other point to point SXT Lite 5 and Metal 5SHPn. Any compatibility issue by which performance drops or Pings fluctuates too much?

You should better performance with a both sites SXT because SXT works with 2X2 chains and metal 1X1 chain

I see TTL=62 in ping output. It means that the ping goes thru more devices so it is not direct ping between the directly connected devices. Beware of that.
