What is main issue in applying TCP spoofing in Satellite network???
What kind of conditions of satellite (parameters, delay, or else) which making the TCP spoofing doesn't run in Satellite network?

what kind of spoofing you're talk about and what you want to do(improve it, prevent)?
p.s.
technically there isn't reliable way to prevent such, aside fully-signed and encrypted traffic.
also even naive things like RFC3074/SRPF - can help.
