Hi i need ur suggestions for my requirement.

We have a wireless P2P link.In AP side we have fixed another AP for stand by purpose. Currently we are managing those APs by manual switching. My requirement is i want to connect both APs to a network switch or router. There should be a primary AP and if that fails the secondary AP should be initiated automatically.What is need is auto switching of APs or Clients in a wireless P2Ps during failure conditions.So pls provide me the suitable routers for my above mentioned criteria.

Question is, how you detect the failure. I could imagine to have running both aps with radio off on the backup one. And just enable it by scheduled job in case of first ap failure. If it could be set exactly the same including mac address, the clients will not realize the change and reconnect to backup. Capsman could also simplify that.
