Create a PtP stable Dual Nstreme link (5GHz, 802.11N)

Fri May 16, 2014 2:12 am

Hi everyone !
I'm a kind of newbie here, so please tell me if I do anything wrong here.

I want to build a point to point link in Dual Nstreme.
I don't want to use Nv2, I want Dual Nstreme for some very precise reason (making some synchronisation test in ptpv2, requiring very low latency, no csma/cd, and symmetrical latency).
I also have to be in GHz radio, and I would want, if it's possible, to be in 802.11n link.

I'm thinking about this configuration (on each side of the link) :
1 x Routerboard RB433GL
2 x R52nM

As this set up is (for the moment) for some research tests, we will be in an inside configuration. So for the antennas, I would want to replace the standard dual pole used in this kind of configuration by some very simple antennas like this : http://routerboard.com/ACSWIM

Please tell me if this kind of configuration is fine/suitable for you ?
Could I hope to have a reliable connection with this setup ?
What could you advise me ?

Thanks a lot !
