I am trying to allow access to users when they check-in to a specific Venue. I have been through the facebook api documentation and i didn't find a way. Please note that it has to reside 100% on the router - i don't have the option for a PHP backend

Make an external login page hosted on a hosting with PHP enabled. From there you could authenticate the users with the API and return the form data to your router.

I was hoping that one of Mikrotik guys saw this topic and this was added as a feature in new releases of RouterOS, Cisco, Netgear and D-link have already integrated this into their hardware in cooporation with FB

I have used a third-party fb integrator for this but i was hoping that their would be a way to avoid this and have everything on the router.
