auto TDMA in NV2 causes throughoutput drop if goes over ethe

Wed Jul 30, 2014 2:10 pm

auto TDMA in NV2 causes throughoutput drop if traffice goes over ethernet. (in 802.11a).
Why? without auto tdma it works without problem....

rb2011(v5.25)(1)--ethernet--rb411(802.11a, v6.17)(2)---wireless---rb433ah(3)(v6.17)

without auto tdma:
btest 20 tcp down from 3 to 2, throughoutput: 40mbit/s
btest 20 tcp down from 3 to 1, throughoutput: 40mbit/s

with auto tdma:
btest 20 tcp down from 3 to 2, throughoutput: 40mbit/s
btest 20 tcp down from 3 to 1, throughoutput: 20-30mbit/s

I tryed to set manual 100Mbit/s fd on all ethernets without success....

I've noticed that too, on some links. TCP throughput is 20-30Mb with auto-TDMA. Force to 2ms, and its back up to 70-80Mb. I guess that's the cost for lower latency??
