What you do when you have to strong signal?

Hi all!
I have AP (let's say Omnitik) on some house and I need to connect user which is 20m away? I get signals from -35 to -40. What do you do in situations like this one?

Tilt the client slightly towards the sky until the rx signal is not attenuated enough.
