Solution suggestion with SXT

Tue Aug 12, 2014 5:55 pm

hey guys ,
I need a solution for setting up a wireless network using SXT .
I have a main building and 8 client buildings , Maximum distance between the main building and client building are less than 500 meters ,
in each client building I have 2 or 3 IP-Camera .
I need to connect all these IP cameras to an NVR in mail building .
what SXT devices should I use to setup such a network ?

For AP you may use BaseBOX2 (5), for Client SXT Lite2(5).
necessarily line of sight.
Wifi mode: 802.11n with nv2 (witdh 20 MHz).

Don't try 2GHz, use 5GHz. What cumulative throughout are you expecting?

Thanks dude ,
Can i use two pcs SXTG-5HPnD-SAr2 for supporting 2*4 SXT lite5 . since it It already has 90 degree antenna and with two of these devices it make 180 degree coverage , right?? ,( i need 170 degrees coverage)
and the distance is no more than 500 meters , also the total bandwidth needed for camera's is 20~30Mbps.

Should be "throughput". You already answered 30Mbits/s. Your idea with two SAr2 is over enough. Maybe one omnitik would do the job much cheaply.
