Hi, I'm new here... and it seems its my first time using this product.
May I ask if what router model should I really use?

What I want to achieve is that, we want to set up a small wifi hotspot with at least 20 users. The wifi system is using special log in page to connect on the internet. Username and Password is required.

What I want also to do is that, is it possible for the user that has been connected, to disconnect according to their will? Saving an amount of time purchased by the user and is able to log in again anytime as long as there is still a remaining time on the username?
