I'm trying to provide wi-fi inside two apartment blocks and the area between them (using Hotspot).
About 100 users with different wi-fi supporting devices (laptops, tablets, PCs and smartphone) are going to use this service. I want to assign each client unique credentials and limitations of time and transfer rate.
I wish to establish a PtP backbone link with one of my towers nearby to provide the major bandwidth.

Here is my question:

My backbone link uses 5 ghz band. I want to distribute wi-fi in 2.4 ghz band in the location of the two apartments. I already know how to run a hotspot on a Mikrotik Router. What kind of mikrotik equipment should I use to do the following?
1. Convert 5.8 to 2.4, to provide wi-fi signal in the location.
2. Control and limit the bandwidth each client is using, so that no interfenerence will happen in their network.
