Almost all of my 711 are broken. Most of dual chain where broken since arival so is I belive is a dead end for you. Right now I have 3 in my house, 2 new, and one has worked for about one year. Once I bought 3 and 2 where broken. I still have them. You should switch to 911/912.
RB711 highlights are:
-broken chains (5 and 2Ghz)
-eratic pings and high loss
-low connection speeds, but not both, Tx or Rx, despite high signals
-low transfer speeds one way, like 30mbps on rx and 3mbps on tx.

Set ack to 1.5 Km distance
When I left Ack Timeout Dynamic, clients connect with 53km of distance. Clients no further than 1 km.

The ping times are normal on Nv2

802.11 has smaller ping times.
Have you already tried 6.19 and updated the bios?

Try with bandwidth tool how match troughput you have.

For all clarity.
If I want to realize a point to point connection i use Always the same type of radio.
The radios of different brands do not speak the same language.
This can give problems.
Is the mini-pci a different brand?
How is your setup?
How match clients connect with this accesspoint?
Check out more clearly describe the situation.
Make a sketch of your situation please.
Sorry for all my questions but try to help you.
