hi
i have a problem with my sxt 5 ac.
when i turn off device, i lose access to it and i have to reset and reconfig.
now, when i scan in wireless or click on freq. usage, device disconnect and i have to install firmware with netinstall.
this happend to 4 sxt 5 ac.
version firmware was 6.13, and i upgrade to 6.19 and 6.20, but the problem! is still there.
please help me to fix problem.

It's almost sure you are doing something wrong. It's hard to belive that all 4 unit have the same problem. Btw why are you turning off the units?
