Hi all!

we are facing some difficulties regarding a new tower installation, the person who is responsible demands proof that 'our' wireless solution will not be a safety hazard to the people that are working directly near the tower (construction work is going on).

I showed him the 'CE Declaration of Conformity' certificate which is fine and dandy, but there is a nice little text in the footer :

Safety test report reference No. L942508L120 from Sportron International Inc., Taiwan R.O.C.
EMC test report reference No. EH931819-04 from Sportron International Inc., Taiwan R.O.C.
Radio test report reference No. ER931819-04AB and ER931819-04AA from Sportron International Inc.,
Taiwan R.O.C. A copy of the test report will be provided on request

Now here is where things go wrong: I have emailed Mikrotik twice (support) but have not received anything

Is anyone willing to share these test reports? , it is about the following radio :

Model: RouterBOARD R52n, R52nM
Description: WLAN a/b/g/n miniPCI Module

Any help will be much appreciated!

Once you email something to mikrotik, you immediatelly receive an auto-reply that your mail has been registered, it has a ticket number in the subject. If you did not receive it, it means your mail did not reach our server.

Make sure you email to support@mikrotik.com not somewhere else (check spelling in the address)
