I have capsman specific question. Is possible to have auto-healing function with Mikrotik capsman ???

Here it is quite easy explained on zyxel.com:
This function is another WLAN optimization that deployed APs detect status of nearby APs and adjust power automatically while failure occurred in neighboring AP.

Mainly I would like to know if it is possbile to have this function working by some scripting. For example to detect, that some CAP is not connected and then to set more TX power to other APs(caps) by changing tx power property in configuration settings.
