SOS:CCQ strange problem

HI everybody
My problem is about CCQ like below photo

my dev is 411ah with two 5ghz cards and 2 attennas
Tx has no problem but Rx is full of Lost packets and reverse on the other side.
i changed the both devices into Metal5 but nothing changed.

plz help me out of this hectic

Hi.

Signal: -61dB, S/N: 27dB. (61+27=88) The noise floor is -88dB ? Very noisy environment or antenne/cable/connection/radio card problem?

Dear Xen its different in time but the average of noise floor is -98db the environment is full of other Aps ,
other equipments are tested

When you say "environment is full of other Aps.. " - How close are they to your AP?
What does a frequency usage and wireless scan reveal.

freq scan reveals that most frequences are full but i tried the highest freq and all the things go fine
