ping PC1 to 192.168.1.1 = yes, and connect winbox
ping PC1 to 10.0.0.1 = yes, and connect winbox
ping PC1 to 10.0.0.2 = yes, and connect winbox
ping PC1 to 192.168.2.1 = yes, and connect winbox
ping PC1 to 192.168.2.2 = yes
ping PC1 to 10.0.0.3 = no, and not connect (winbox, web etc.)
ping PC1 to 10.0.0.4 = no, and not connect (winbox, web etc.)

and

ip ping Router1 to 10.0.0.3 = no and not connect telnet
mac ping Router1 to 10.0.0.3 = yes and connect mactelnet

Seems that the bridging sxt devices are missing routes to the 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.2.0 networks. Add them.

expecting that all 10.0.0.0/24 devices are in bridge so they are able to see each other.

To 10.0.0.3 and 10.0.0.4 devices add these routes:
192.168.1.0/24 gw 10.0.0.1
192.168.2.0/24 gw 10.0.0.2

PC1 and PC2 should have just 0.0.0.0 routes to their gateways (192.168.1.1 or .2.1).
