Hi MikroTik geeks!

I'm planning to build a 2.4 public hotspot that is intended to serve a lot of users, around 2000 at the same time.
I would like to know what would be the best AP/antenna to use for this and which device as controller for this amount of users?
How many users one AP can support?
I was thinking using RB1100 AHx2 as controller for this purpose, what do you think?

It would be great if some of you more experienced can suggest me the ideal equipment...

Yes, RB1100AHx2 + RADIUS server is enough to control such number of users.
However you will need to plan very carefully, AP devices ant their locations. Usually you should expect 30-100 clients per on AP.
I hope other users experienced in such setup will share information with you.
