Wed Mar 18, 2015 10:43 pm

Hello i am about to make a job for a hotel that haves 3 floor that at each floor haves 20 rooms and i am unsure what kind of mikrotik APs to use and where to plan them.
I attach the floor of the hotel (all floors are the same) .
Any help is welcomed and will appreciated

Best Regards
George

I will do it like that:

For a hardware I will recomend any RB912 or Basebox. In the future, you cant add another interface. Use ceil mount antennas if you want to have good coverage.

Bad idea with CAP2n. It is only one chain device, and belive me it makes a diference if you will install 2-chain APs.

It is still single chain device. Look at dual chain devices for such purpose. 2nD or better 2HnD.

I would use unifi aps and switches down to a mikrotik router who would handle the hotspot funktion.
