Mikrotik only has 1 900MHz ap... The Metal 9. We just used 16 of them for a mesh in a large apartment complex where all the buildings are stucco with metal lathe (a problem for 2.4GHz and a nightmare for 5GHz) and they worked well. We paired each with a Metal 2 for the clients to connect to and use a PowerBOX and a BaseBox2 as a router and LTE gateway.
The only downside to 900 is that the band is only 26MHz wide so there's only 1 non-overlapping 20HMz channel. If you can go down to 10MHz channels (which we did), then you have 2 of course.
The nice thing about the Mikrotik line is that they all run the same software, routers, aps, switches (with 2 exceptions), etc. rstp bridging works great across all devices and you can also use the HWMPplus mesh protocol across all as well.
