Dude doesn't connect to imported ROS devices: status connecting/failed

Thu Feb 11, 2016 11:23 am

We have issue with the DB import from old dude v.4 on windows server to the dude v.6.35rc7 on x86; after the DB export and import ended without errors, we have all ROS devices cannot connect to dude and we see status "failed" as the attached image.
From the device settings if we uncheck the Secure mode the dude was be able to connect the device; so after if we check again the Secure Mode, it continue working.

Have you already seen this behavior ?

Thank you.

We have seen similar reports on using secure connection with fair amount of devices. Optimization of this process is in out TODO list.

Please try latest v6.36rc build on that dude host and check how it performs. We did make some improvements for large setups in latest RC builds.
