I would like to add two user for dude. one readonly account will be and only can acsses the boards with read only accounts. and anohter admin account can enter the boards with admin account. is this possible to do ?

You can create multiple user accounts for this: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:The_Dude_v6/Admins

However these accounts will be only for dude server related things. Device login credentials are separate thing and at the moment at least can only be entered one per added device. All users including server it self use this one logging for device.
