Upgrade to 6.37.1 on CCR broke The Dude

Tue Oct 18, 2016 2:08 pm

We are (were) running The Dude on a CCR.

When our system automatically updated to 6.37.1, we lost connection from the clients. They ask if want to upgrade, but that has never really worked. So now we are stuck with no monitoring because there is no 6.37.1 Dude Client.

We tried to downgrade by uploading an older package and choosing downgrade, but after the reboot, the version is still 6.37.1,

Any thoughts or anyone think they can fix this for us?

You have to downgrade all packages at once. Take care you put there correct packages.

Bossman when you start your client in windows try starting .exe file -Run as administrator- than upgrade will be done
If this does not work uninstall current dude, install v6.34.6 again Run as administrator <-- this should work

It's not the client side, it's the data in the server. The clients have been upgraded.

I'm attempting to work with a consultant on this.

Thanks for all the feedback
