If you deactivate polling on a device, but a service on the device was down when you deactivated it why is the outage still active. Is there a way to clear the outage without removing the service from the device?

ich have the same problem.
Is there a solution to delete active outages?

... We found a workaround:

- open the Device Settings - Services
- disable the Service
- remove the Service (this will be resolve the outage)
- undo removing the Service

now you can go to the Outage and remove the resolved
