This would be a great feature, because sometimes ping is not there and in next ping session ping is there, and I got 2 sms on my mobile phone how some point is down and then it is up again...
This is a great solution in the Whatsup...there are 3 states...
Green, everything is ok, yellow, misses ping, and then when it misses N pings in a row, it go to red mode and send notification....
